Lesson #6: Dare to Share

When you assume you have all the knowledge to make a decision, you have decided to go with your own bias and reject information that would change assumption into an evidence-based decision. You have decided to dismiss your colleagues by not sharing information. When we work alone it can indeed become an isolating, empty feeling. It’s why the act of sharing is one of the advantages to a more caring form of leadership.
