A/V Requirements
Dan Pontefract
A/V and Other Requirements for Keynote Speaking Engagements
- Lavalier microphone (no handheld mics and earhook microphones are his second choice)
- Podiums are not preferred, but Dan will make do if need be
- Comfort monitor (if not doable, Dan’s Mac laptop must be available on stage and hooked up to an HDMI cable — and if you’re not using HDMI, we’ll probably have an issue)
- Clicker (to advance slides — if Dan’s laptop is being used, he will bring his own clicker)
- Sound capabilities to broadcast videos to the audience
- PowerPoint (not Google Slides, PDF, Prezi, or Keynote) and 16×9 slides, always
- One bottle / glass of water
