I’m amazed to see how far collaboration has come in the organization. It amazes me even more how much further it has to go. I recall a conversation I once had in a public gym which went something like this.

“Hey Dan, how is that ‘collaboration’ thing going?” “Pretty well, I think.” “Well, I believe it’s overhead, so I’ve asked my team to get back to work. We’re not ‘collaborating’ going forward.”
