I am deeply honoured and thrilled to share that my book, Work-Life Bloom: How to Nurture a Team That Flourishes, has been recognized by Thinkers50 as one of the Top 10 Best New Management Books for 2024. How stoked am I? Very!

This recognition is particularly meaningful as it highlights the importance of creating a harmonious and thriving work-life environment, a topic that is close to my heart.

The Thinkers50 Best New Management Booklist is a prestigious compilation of the latest and most influential ideas in management and leadership. It includes works that have the potential to transform the way we think about and practice management, addressing the pressing challenges facing todayโ€™s businesses.

To be mentioned alongside thought leaders like Amy Edmondson, Adam Grant, and Zeynep Ton (among others) is truly humbling. Their work has significantly shaped the landscape of management and leadership, and itโ€™s an honour to be included in the same list.

Work-Life Bloom explores how leaders can foster a culture where both individuals and teams can flourish, balancing productivity with well-being. This book is the result of countless conversations, global primary research, and my own experiences with organizations striving to make a difference.

I am incredibly grateful to Thinkers50 for this recognition and to everyone who has supported me throughout this journeyโ€”special thanks to my readers, whose feedback and engagement have been invaluable. A shout-out to Figure1 Publishing, too.

Coming a few weeks after winning the Axiom Business Book Awards Gold Medal in the leadership category, you can probably guess the size of my smile these days.

Not only did he inspire and energize our group, but he also masterfully adapted his content so it resonated with the audience and our conference theme. As a bonus, Dan is able to nimbly navigate to adjust to a reduced time slot when other speakers went over time without sacrificing the impact of his session.
